Southern Site is working on the expansion of the Rotary Sportsplex in Ocala, preparing the site for two new turf soccer fields and several key facility upgrades. Our team is handling all earthwork and grading, including excavation for new water retention ponds. We’re also removing outdated underground utilities and installing new storm drainage systems and water lines. The project includes new water fountains, a freshly paved asphalt parking lot, and site preparation for updated bleachers and amenities.

- Currently we are in the mass grading phase building DRA's (40% complete)and excavating parking lot to subgrade (90% complete ),exporting massive amounts of unneeded material(30% complete}, coordinating with other subs to ensure they are involved within the building process

- The final outcome will be 2 beautifully renovated synthetic turf field with shaded seating and new parking lot and concessions for all to enjoy.
