USCG Station Yankeetown

Southern Site & Power Construction is proud to support the New USCG Station Yankeetown project in Inglis, FL. This project involves comprehensive site development for a new 19,923 SF two-story Multi-Mission Building, including excavation, grading, roadway construction, utility installation, and full site work. Our scope also includes building a boat ramp and a covered marina, helping lay the groundwork for a state-of-the-art U.S. Coast Guard facility that meets rigorous operational and environmental standards.

Southern Site & Power Construction is proud to have completed a major sitework and utility installation project at the new U.S. Coast Guard Station Yankeetown, located at 10684 N Suncoast Blvd., Inglis, FL 34449. This comprehensive project included the development of a 19,923 SF two-story Multi-Mission Building, complete with excavation, grading, roadway construction, and full utility installation. A significant portion of the work involved the strategic excavation and removal of over 60,000 cubic yards of material left behind from the Florida Barge Canal construction in the 1960s. Additional scope included building a boat ramp and a covered marina, all while adhering to strict operational and environmental standards.
