Citrus county is one of the fastest growing areas in Florida, growth being driven by the natural beauty, friendly people and newly constructed extensions of the Suncoast Parkway. Phase 1 of Crystal Ridge is being constructed on one of the largest natural slopes in all of Florida, with over 100’ of elevation change from one side of the subdivision to the other. Over 600,000 cubic yards of dirt will be moved in order to construct a community with panoramic views and sloping yards. Southern Site will perform all of the site and civil work for this project, including pad ready lots. Crystal Ridge is a master planned community, and will eventually encompass 5 distinct phases, providing high end affordable housing and many community amenities, including parks, ponds, green spaces and wide multi use paths for recreation.
